Privacy policy

Last updated August 18, 2026.

The short version: we collect the minimum needed to send you updates you asked for and answer messages you sent us, we set no cookies, and we will never sell your data.

What we collect, and why

Newsletter signups: your email address, when you consented, and which part of the site you signed up from. We use it to send you the updates you asked for, nothing else.

Contact form: your name, email address, message, and, depending on the topic, your organization's name and size, or your city and region. We use it to read and answer your message.

Analytics: cookieless, aggregate page analytics (page views, performance timings). No cookies are set, no advertising pixels exist here, and we cannot identify you from it, which is also why there is no cookie banner.

Where it lives

Form submissions travel encrypted (HTTPS) to our servers. Newsletter addresses are stored by our email provider, Resend, who also delivers the confirmation and any later emails; contact messages are emailed to the team through Resend and live in that inbox. Gifts are processed by Stripe, who handles the card details we never see or store. Analytics are processed by our hosting provider (Vercel) in aggregate.

We never sell your data, rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. Ever.

How long we keep it

Newsletter addresses: until you unsubscribe, or until you ask us to delete you.

Contact messages: as long as the conversation needs, after which they are periodically cleared.

Processors: Resend (email), Stripe (payments, only if you give), Vercel (hosting and aggregate analytics). Each holds only what its job needs.

Unsubscribing and deletion

Every newsletter email carries a one-click unsubscribe link that works immediately.

To have your data deleted (newsletter, messages, all of it), ask through the contact form and a human will confirm when it's done.

Contact

Questions about any of this reach the team through the connect page. Every message is read by a person.
